At Brown Haven Homes, we’re grateful to have a fun and friendly team that roots each other on every day. To us, “team” is just another word for “family,” and we love nothing more than getting to build homes with our work family — the greatest group of people out there! This week, we’re excited to introduce you to Lia Castiglione, our knowledgeable and kind online sales counselor, who is one of the very first people you will interact with when you set out on your new home journey with us!
I am the online sales counselor for Brown Haven Homes! I answer all preliminary questions for each and every lead that comes through all channels whether by phone, contact form, chat, or social media. I also am responsible for setting appointments for clients to come to one of 6 of our offices. I love Brown Haven for so many reasons; the people I work with being number one. John Allen truly cares about his employees and it shows in the time and resources he invests into not only his company, but into each and every one of us. I also love the fact that this isn’t just a job, but there is a much larger purpose for being here and that is to change lives!
I grew up in Brevard, NC! I attended high school in Hendersonville, NC and I spent the majority of my adult life in Asheville with a few years spent in Orlando, FL and New Haven, CT. I am the youngest of 3 sisters and I have 2 children, Alexis (9) and Graham (4) and a 7-month-old German Shepherd/Golden Retriever puppy, Sidney!
I love to sing! I have been singing since I was about 4 and my first performance was Away In A Manger at a Christmas Cantata at church. I have been singing ever since. I also love to read, spend time with my children, and FRIENDS is my favorite TV show; I watch when I just need a good laugh!
Brown Haven truly has every person we work with and their best interest at heart—this includes our clients and our employees. We work with the best suppliers and trade partners in the area and we strive to provide the best quality product and service at the best price possible. It’s our top priority!
My grandmother (Nona). She is without a doubt my hero and I owe so much of who I am and what I’ve accomplished in my life to her. She shows me grace, she teaches me about unconditional love, patience, acceptance, humility, and true beauty you can only find deep in your soul. If I can be half the woman she is, I would consider myself successful.
Hard question! ProbablyEverybody Alwaysby Bob Goff. One of my favorite quotes from the book is that “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about; be kind always.” And also: “Everyone is a difficult person, especially yourself.” It teaches about loving everyone where they are regardless of where they came from and how to live without fear, constraint, or worry. Love people without limits. It’s helped me tremendously in performing my position successfully too, since I speak with so many people on a daily basis!
Lia is here to help you find your dream home! For more information about our custom lakeside and mountain homes throughout Northern Georgia, Western North Carolina, South Carolina, and East Tennessee, please contact us at 706-514-4447. We can’t wait to get started!
