What are considered "upgrades" for many companies, Brown Haven includes in their basic package (2x6 exterior walls, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, super energy efficiency - the list goes on!) I can't wait for my home to be finished and move in!

As with any custom home being built, you are likely to run into a few issues. At the end of the day, I feel like we have a beautiful home, quality construction and a fair price. We would hire them again to build for us.
