Job Overview

  • Responsible for all software, reporting, and technology company wide. In addition to software, reporting, and technology this position is also responsible for all onboarding and offboarding IT needs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Establish and meet project milestones and deadlines as lead analyst for core organizational systems.
  • Manage project scopes & changes by developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Collaborate with department leaders to plan and lead system & system process improvements
  • Quickly learn and possess a deep understanding of BHH data needs cross functionally related to reporting and analytical needs and perspectives
  • Identify technical problems and develop solutions to support business objectives
  • Communicate with external vendors to integrate external platforms and portals with
  • Implement efficient processes & automation of current and future data collection, reporting and visualization practices
  • Play active role in the implementation and upgrades of new and existing systems being the subject matter expert/lead on data structure and design
  • Execute regular data quality audits of data management and analytical systems across all functions to ensure information is being accurately.
  • Develop and implement strategy to optimize systems and processes necessary for timely, accurate and accessible data and reporting
  • Create data dashboards and reporting that drive decision making across the organization
  • Design standard reports on key department data metrics via a comprehensive reporting schedule and manage team to execution of automated, timely outputs
  • Attend classes & training sessions pertaining to software/systems used within BH.
  • Manage all company computers, iPads, & various other forms of technology.
  • IT Onboarding and Offboarding for all team members including, but not limited to computer & accounts setup, email signature, name tags, distribution lists, & huddle invites.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

  • Working predominately in Home Office
  • Work Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
