    Job Description

     

    This position reports to the Content Creator. 

     

    JOB OVERVIEW:

     

    Responsibilities & Duties: 

    • Design aesthetic marketing materials via Adobe Creative Suite to align with project goals. Including but not limited to (brochures, company literature, infographics, billboards, local office event marketing materials, and web content). 
    • Demonstrate knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design
    • Ensure design projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
    • Collaborate with marketing team
    • Manage social media accounts
    • Generate reports and performance analysis of social media channels. 
    • Develop and implement social media strategy and campaigns
    • Create monthly social media content calendar
    • Conduct and manage social media events
    • Work with BHH Experience Leader to manage + respond to social media comments + messages + reviews
    • Record + edit video content for social media + marketing initiatives
    • Schedule email marketing content via Pardot
    • Work with marketing team to align content for social media ads with quarterly marketing campaigns
    • Organize and shoot professional photography + HDR photography to aid in social media/marketing campaigns
    • Seek partnerships with social media influencers + industry partners
    • Gather and organize content and inquiries from the Local Offices

     

    QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS:

     

    • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc) 
    • Be professional in dress, manners and conduct.
    • Knowledge of DSLR photography and photo editing programs
    • Experience with HDR photography practices and editing is a plus! 
    • Able to work well within a team environment.
    • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be a self-motivated individual with high energy level, attention to detail, & positive attitude.
    • Proficient in verbal & written communication.
    • Familiar with Windows & MacOS Operating Systems, Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, & Teams AND/OR willingness to learn said operating systems & office applications.
    • Excellent eye for detail
    • Also, willingness to learn internal software & scheduling programs.

This position is located in our Blairsville, Georgia Home Office. Willing to consider candidates located within commuting distance of our Dawsonville, Georgia Local Office or our Asheville, North Carolina Local Office. If working out of either Local Office, candidate will need to travel to the Blairsville, Georgia office one or two days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
