Darren TierneyCustomer Care/Warranty Department Manager

Darren proactively schedules a 60-day visit and an 11-month visit for our warranty technician to personally walk your home. Fun fact: Darren lives in a Brown Haven home!




Troy ThomasTrade Contractor Liaison/Warranty Service Technician

Troy has been working in construction for over 35 years, and loves the closeness and commitment of his team. He’s the main warranty contact and completes all warrantable items.
