Fall in Love With Michelle’s Curated Collections

There are many advantages to buying a new home versus a used one, especiallythe ability to design and decorate however you want. When you choose to build a Brown Haven home with us, our lead designer (and chief happiness curator), Michelle, will work closely with you in our exclusive Design Studio to choose custom options that make your home entirely your own. We sat down with Michelle to discuss the unique decor involved in her latest curated collections… take a look and get inspired!

Michelle’s Curated Decor

Kitchen:  Backsplashes withlarger tile slabs and tiles with unique shapes and colors are trending! My curated collections include marble and ceramic mosaics from Daltile like Raine Cirrus Storm, as well as the Dekton collection from Cosentino.

Light Fixtures:Our brand new lighting collection includes fun and distinctive light fixtures that work for any style kitchen. The Raffiana from Kichler creates a trendy farmhouse look, or for a more modern kitchen, the Everly creates a sleek and clean style.

Fun Fall 2020 Home Trends

Neutral is the new orange.  If orange, rust, and brown aren’t your thing, leave “traditional” fall colors in the past. Use neutral items like cream and white gourds with pinecones, and sprigs of eucalyptus. Display them as a table centerpiece or across the mantle to bring the coziness of fall into your home.

Just a little hint.  If you’re looking to add just a bit of autumn flair to your space, decorate your foyer or entry. Place seasonal items on your entry table like a scented candle, and add a basket with branches and leaves to complete the look.

Michelle’s curated collections are specifically designed to take the stress and anxiety out of choosing exterior and interior finishes. Her biggest priority is helping to bring your unique vision to life, so you can be sure that the home you design with her will look and feel exactly the way you want it to.

If you’re ready to create a custom home on your lot, all of us at Brown Haven Homes can’t wait to meet you! For more information about our homes and where we build, please contact us at 706-514-4447.
