Next it’s time for the Selection Meeting where you will meet with one of our Professional Selection Specialists to help personalize your new home. We want the selection process to be as fun and easy as possible. Our top Selection Specialists will help you make your vision of a dream home a reality. Together you will go through cabinets, flooring, lighting, paint, and so much more. We recommend browsing our Design Studio before your first meeting with your specialist to get some ideas flowing in your mind.

The Design Authorization Meeting will take place after you’ve made all your new home selections and is the last chance for homeowners to make changes to their home plan, selections, or amendments.

Finally, during the pre-construction meeting, homeowners will meet with our general manager to know exactly what to expect once the construction of their new home begins.

Brown Haven will typically break ground on your new home in 10-15 business days from the completion of the Pre-Construction Meeting. Once it’s time to build your new home, it takes about 6-8 months for your new home to be completed- weather permitting.
