You’ve just bought your house, and you want to settle in now; the problem is it isn’t built yet. With new homes, timing is always the main thought of buyers. When purchasing your new home, make sure to be upfront with your contractor so you know when you can leave your current home with enough time to properly move into your new house. It’s not fun to be rushed or worse: not have a home to move into.
At Brown Haven, we make it easy. After we’ve reviewed the site of your new home, you’ve picked out your desired plan and finishes, double-checked those selections and we’ve set the proper build expectations, we will break ground on your new home. Brown Haven will typically break ground on your new home in 10-15 business days from the completion of the Pre-Construction Meeting. Once it’s time to build your new home, it takes about 6-8 months for your new home to be completed - weather permitting.

For a lot of buyers, pricing can be a concern. New homes can have a reputation of being more expensive than already built homes, however at Brown Haven Homes we are changing that stigma.

Home warranties help keep you and your home protected. It’s very important to do research on what kind of coverage you can get.
At Brown Haven Homes, you are covered with a whole-home warranty for 1 year after you receive your Certificate of Occupancy. You are also covered for another 7 years structurally, and the majority of products we use to build your home carry warranties, as well. We want you to feel worry-free when purchasing your new home, that’s why we provide some of the best warranty services.
