After we’ve reviewed the site of your new home, you’ve picked out your desired plan and finishes, double-checked those selections and we’ve set the proper build expectations, we will break ground on your new home. Brown Haven will typically break ground on your new home in 10-15 business days from the completion of the Pre-Construction Meeting. Once it’s time to build your new home, it takes about 6-8 months for your new home to be completed - weather permitting.

At Brown Haven Homes, you are covered with a whole-home warranty for 1 year after you receive your Certificate of Occupancy. You are also covered for another 7 years structurally, and the majority of products we use to build your home carry warranties, as well.
